1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SheetShuffle ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Piotr Morawski ("we", "us", or "our"), the operator of SheetShuffle.

2. Description of Service

SheetShuffle is an AI-powered time tracking application designed for freelancers and professionals. The Service includes:

Time entry tracking and management
Project and client organization
AI-powered time entry suggestions and creation
AI analytics and natural language queries
Report generation and PDF exports
Invoicing features

3. Account Registration

To use SheetShuffle, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete registration information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Plans

SheetShuffle offers paid subscription plans. Current offerings include yearly subscriptions and lifetime access. Plan details and pricing are available on our pricing page.

4.2 Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, your subscription will begin unless you cancel before the trial ends.

4.3 Billing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees. Yearly subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.

4.4 Refunds

We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsatisfied with the Service, contact us within 14 days of your purchase to request a refund. Lifetime plan purchases are generally non-refundable after 14 days.

5. AI Features and Limitations

SheetShuffle includes AI-powered features. You acknowledge that:

AI suggestions and analytics are provided as assistance and may not always be accurate
You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated content before use
AI features have monthly usage limits as specified in your plan
We may modify AI features and limits with reasonable notice

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI outputs. You should not rely solely on AI features for critical business decisions.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal purpose
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe on intellectual property rights
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
Interfere with or disrupt the Service
Upload malicious code or content
Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
Use automated systems to access the Service beyond normal use
Circumvent usage limits or security measures

7. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you submit to SheetShuffle. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data as necessary to provide the Service.

You are responsible for:

The accuracy and legality of your data
Maintaining backups of important information
Ensuring you have the right to submit any data you provide

8. Intellectual Property

SheetShuffle and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our express written permission.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

Scheduled maintenance (with advance notice when possible)
Emergency repairs or updates
Factors beyond our control

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
Accuracy or reliability of AI features
Uninterrupted or error-free operation
Security of your data (though we implement reasonable measures)

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Loss of profits, revenue, or data
Business interruption
Errors in AI-generated content
Unauthorized access to your account

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

13. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for:

Violation of these Terms
Non-payment of fees
Fraudulent or illegal activity
Any reason at our sole discretion

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request export of your data before termination.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Germany.

For EU consumers: You may also be entitled to use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
